Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of your favorite stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat The Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that your stuffing balls will bake evenly.
  • Prepare the Stuffing Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, melted butter, chopped celery, chopped onion, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Shape the Stuffing Balls: Using a small ice cream scoop or your hands, shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave a bit of space between each ball for even baking.
  • Bake To Perfection: Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and let the stuffing balls bake for about 20-25 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Keep an eye on them to ensure they don’t overcook.
  • Prepare the Creamy Chicken Soup Sauce: While the stuffing balls are baking, mix the cream of chicken soup and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Once the stuffing balls are done, transfer them to a serving dish and pour the warm cream of chicken soup sauce over the top. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a touch of colour.
