Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 12.5 ounces for a classic or 4.5 ounces for a lighter version Swanson® Premium White Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • cup Mayonnaise for
  • 2 Celery stalks finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Carrot shredded optional for the classic
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Mixed Salad Greens or Lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained Swanson® Premium White Chicken with mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, onion, shredded carrot (if using), lemon juice, and seasoning (lemon pepper for the classic or black pepper for the lighter version). Stir until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
  • Serve: For the classic version, evenly divide the chicken mixture among four slices of the multigrain bread, top with the remaining bread slices, and cut in half if desired. For the lighter version, serve the chicken salad over a bed of mixed salad greens or lettuce for a refreshing meal.
