Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables: Heat the olive or vegetable oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add the finely chopped garlic, sliced green onions, and chopped carrots. Saute until the vegetables are tender.
Add Chicken And Seasonings: Stir in the cubed cooked chicken, fresh parsley (or parsley flakes), and pepper. Allow the ingredients to meld for a few minutes, infusing the flavors.
Pour In Chicken Broth: Pour in the Progresso™ chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and let it cook for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to deepen.
