Ingredients
  

For The Chicken

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 ½ teaspoons lemon juice

For Salad

  • 1 ½ cups shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked(see note below
  • ½ cup celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions finely chopped
  • ¼ cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • ¼ cup Thompson seedless grapes halved (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the dressing ingredients in a spacious bowl.
  • Optionally introduce the chicken, green onions, pecans, and grapes. Thoroughly blend the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill.
  • Lay out crisp lettuce leaves on individual plates and generously portion each with the prepared salad.
