  • ¼ cup chopped pecans optional
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prepare Chicken: If you haven’t already, cook the chicken. You can boil, bake, or grill it. Once cooked, shred or chop it into small pieces.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, and pecans (if using).
  • Add Mayonnaise: Stir in the mayonnaise. Mix everything until all ingredients are well coated.
  • Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
  • Chill: Let the chicken salad chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. This allows the flavors to blend.
